WANTED! SINGERS FROM SOUTH WALES

We're searching for singers to help us put on a once in a lifetime concert.

Cardiff Philharmonic orchestra, who are currently in their 25th season, will be performing Mahler's Symphony No. 2 'Resurrection' at St David's Hall, Cardiff on June 20th. The orchestra will be working alongside choral director Kelvin Thomas to create Cardiff Philharmonic Chorus especially for this performance.

Potential singers need to have choral experience and must be able to attend rehearsals in Cardiff.

Speaking about the concert, conductor Micheal Bell said,

"This symphony was composed on an epic scale for a huge orchestra and choir. If you're a singer based in or around south Wales and have never sung Mahler or performed in St David's Hall then this could be just for you."
