Leader - Claire Frankcom
Claire Frankcom hails from Port Talbot and was educated at schools there, before studying at Cardiff University and Trinity College, Carmarthen. Claire taught as a junior school teacher for many years before joining the West Glamorgan Music Service in 2003 as a music classroom support, violin and recorder teacher.
Claire has been a member of Cardiff Philharmonic Orchestra since the inaugural concert in 1982. In addition to CPO, Claire has also led the Welsh Philharmonic Orchestra and performed with many ensembles throughout South Wales.
